Andalusian Gazpacho Plaza del Sol Preparation

Serve the gazpacho in  bowls or in a bowl of soup add the vegetables previously diced in small pieces, croutons and add a pinch of olive oil.


Serve cold with 2 slices of baked garlic or tomato bread on the side.

    1 cucumber 
    1 green pepper
    1 red pepper  
    100g  croutons
    8 slices of baked garlic or tomato bread Plaza del Sol
    A pinch of extra virgin olive oil Picual and Arbequina Plaza del Sol
