Huevos rotos (Scrambled eggs with Serrano ham) Preparation

Pour the content of the jars into a preheated medium sized pan. Let it cook for approximately 15 minutes in medium/high heat until they are golden.Remove the potatoes from the pan and place them on a plate.

On a different pan fry the eggs, put them on top of the potatoes and be careful not to break them. Add the ham around the eggs.

Once the meal is served cut the eggs into smaller pieces and enjoy it.

  • 2 jars of Spanish omelette mix with onions or vegetables Plaza del Sol

    4 big size eggs

    Extra virgin olive oil Picual and Arbequina Plaza del Sol 

     4 slices of Serrano ham
