Patatas alioli Preparation

Cook the unpeeled potatoes in a pan over 30 minutes.


Drain, cool for a few mins, cut into pieces then tip into a bowl and add salt to taste.


Cover them with aioli and add parsley.  


Mix thoroughly and enjoy it.
