Andalusian Gazpacho with mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Serve the gazpacho in small glasses, add the cheese previously diced in small pieces and add a pinch of olive oil. Serve cold with 2 slices of baked garlic or tomato bread on the side.
Serves 4 A pinch of extra virgin olive oil
