Gildas Preparation

It's one of the easiest tapas to make.


Cut the green chilies in half, take a piece and put it through the toothpick, add a folded anchovy, an olive and the other half of the green chili the same way, you may alter the order any way you want. 


Place them all in a plate and add a generous amount of olive oil before serving.

  • 1 can stuffed olives with anchovies Plaza del Sol

    1 jar green chilies in vinegar Plaza del Sol
    Anchovies
    Extra virgin olive oil 
    Wooden toothpicks
