Red Wine Poached pears
Preparation
Put the peeled pears in a saucepan and add 2 parts of wine to one of water and the cinnamon stick.
Bring to a boil and allow to cook until the pears are soft. Add the sugar and cook for another 10 minutes.
Serving suggestion: serve hot or cold.

2 glasses of red wine
1 glass of water
4 spoonfuls of sugar
1 stick of cinnamon
