Baked apples with Majorcan Sobrasada Preparation

Core the apples and arrange in an ovenproof container. Fill the apples with sobrasada and a spoonful of sugar and pour white wine over them.


Preheat oven to 180 ºC and bake the apples for approximately 35 minutes.


Cool and serve.

    50 g Sweet Sobrasada from Majorca D.O

    4 spoonfuls sugar

    ½ glass white wine
