Baked Cheesecake Preparation

This is a traditional Spanish version of this famous and delicious dessert that you won’t be able to stop eating.


Mix all of the ingredients in a blender, caramelize the mold and add the mix.


Put the mold in the oven at 180º for 45 minutes, wait until it is cold before serving.

    200 g of cream cheese 

    400 ml of double cream (whipping cream)
    130 g of sugar
