Meatballs in tomato sauce
Preparation
First, soak the bread crumbs in the milk. Then drain and mix them with the ground beef and ground pork, garlic, salt and pepper, egg and parsley. Knead it all until you get an even mixture.
Serves 4 500g of ground beef
100g of ground pork
100g of bread crumbs
½ glass of milk
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 egg
Minced parsley
Wheat flour
1 jar of homemade style tomato sauce Plaza del Sol
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 bag of Extra crunchy potato chips Plaza del Sol
