Fried squids Preparation

Take the cleaned squid bodies and cut them into 1cm rings. Season with salt, dust the rings in the flour and dip them in the beaten eggs.


Fry the rings in hot olive oil until they turn golden, serve hot with a lemon wedge.

  • 4 cleaned mid-size squids 

    3 eggs

    4 tablespoons of flour 
    1l extra virgin olive oil 
    Salt 
    1 lemon
