Sizzling Garlic Shrimp Preparation

Heat olive oil in a skillet, add the hot pepper and garlic and let sit until it starts to turn golden. Carefully add the shrimp and season it with salt to taste.


Toss it for 3 minutes and remove from heat.


Quickly serve this delicious and easy to make tapa in a pre-heated deep clay dish (cazuela) and enjoy it with a cold beer.

  • 600g of shrimp (raw, peeled and deveined)

    1 cup of extra virgin olive oil 
    6 cloves of garlic thinly sliced 
    2 dried Spanish hot peppers 
    Salt to taste
