Ham Croquettes
Preparation
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Finely chop the chive and garlic fry lightly for approximately 6-7 minutes add the minced ham and sauté it.
Add flour and fry gently pour the milk bit by bit stirring constantly, cook for approximately 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and extend the dough on a greased dish with a little butter to avoid any crust and allow to cool.
When the dough is cool cut and mould the croquettes cover with flour and whipped egg fry in hot oil. Set on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil. Serve and decorate it with some sprigs of parsley.
