Rice pudding
Preparation
Boil water in a pot, put in the rice for ten minutes and turn off the stove, use a colander to eliminate the water excess.
On a saucepan in low heat, add the milk and sugar, stirring constantly. When it reaches the boiling point add the rice, cinnamon stick and lemon peel.
Let the mixture boil for 15 minutes and place in a mold, sprinkle the powder cinnamon and place in the fridge. Serve this delicious and simple dessert cold on individual plates or in a deep plate.
Serves 6 1 l of milk
250 g of rice
100 g of sugar
1 lemon peel
1 cinnamon stick
2 spoonfuls of powder cinnamon
