(Rustidera) Roasted fish, chicken or meat Preparation

First preheat the oven at 180ºC.


Drain some of the oil from the Spanish omelette mix and pour the rest of the content on a deep glass dish, sprinkle a little white wine, add salt to taste.


Instruction for meat or chicken.


Place the meat on top of the potatoes, put the dish in the oven for approximately 45 minutes at 180ºC or until the meat is ready.


Instruction for fish.


Cook only the potatoes for 15 minutes, then add the fish and cook for another 20 minutes at 180ºC or until the fish is ready.
