Marinated Spanish olives
Preparation
If you want to give your olives a different flavor, you just need to mix them with some ingredients that you probably have at home most of time.
Mix all the ingredients with the olives in a jar, stir to properly mix it all and let it marinate for 3 or 4 days. They go great with a good wine or wheat beer.
You can vary with other Spanish olives, such as our stuffed olives with anchovies or garlic, you will get different flavors and textures.
