Oriental-style butter beans Preparation

Drain the butter beans and rinse them in cold water. 


Once they’re drained, place them in a deep dish or bowl, add the olive oil, harissa sause, cumin, garlic and parsley twigs. Carefully mix everythig together.


Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks.

    3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 
    2 tablespoons of fresh harissa hot sauce
    2 teaspoons of cumin powder 
    A few parsley twigs (chopped)
    Wooden toothpicks
