Judiones de la granja (butter beans)
Preparation
In a deep and big pot add 3 spoonful of olive oil fry the chive finely chopped only the white part, the green one can be set aside to make a broth.
When the chive is well done add the chorizo cut into thick slices add half spoon of paprika and continue to stir gently with a wooden spoon.
Drain the butter beans and add them into the pot, season to taste and cover with water brings to boil and when it reaches its boiling point reduce to a low heat for about ten minutes.
Then add the black pudding cut into thick slices as well. Allow to cook to a low heat for 3 or 4 minutes stirring occasionally.
Take the pot off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Serves 4 1 jar of butter beans

1 black pudding
1 chive
