Chickpea salad with avocado and tuna fish
Preparation
Drain the chickpeas and place them in a recipient add the tuna fish, finely chopped red onion and parsley.
Clean and chop the lettuce, clean the tomatoes and cut round slices, cut avocado into cubes and place all the ingredients in the recipient you´ve placed the chickpeas.
Beat 6 spoonfuls of olive oil with lemon juice and salt. Season all the ingredients with this vinaigrette and add mayonnaise to go with if you wish.
Serves 4 400 grs chickpeas
200 grs tuna fish
300 grs ripe tomatoes
1/2 red pepper
1/2 iceberg lettuce
1 avocado
