Migas extremeñas
Preparation
Start preparing the dish the day before. In a bowl put the oregano, salt, minced cloves and water, mix well. In another bowl put the bread cut into cubes.
Add little by little the marinade and stir with your hands. It is essential that the bread does not go soft .Once we have removed everything cover it with a cloth and leave it overnight.
The day after fry the garlics and pepper previously cut into pieces, when they are ready set aside. Add the chopped bacon when it is well fried, set apart then, repeat this steps with the chorizo.
Once all the ingredients have been fried, mix everything, let them fry for about 1 minute add the crumbles and the sweet paprika.
Stirring frequently and cook until golden.
