Artichoke heart with ham
Preparation
Drain the Marinated Artichoke hearts and cut in half. Peel and chop the garlics, Try to make the slices as thin as possible, cut the Iberian ham into cubes.
Heat a good amount of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat, first fry garlics with cayenne until turn golden. When garlic starts to turn golden add the artichoke hearts and ham.
Add salt and pepper to taste and cook over a high heat for about 1 minute.
Serve the artichokes in a recipient or place them on the baked garlic bread.
