Baked Sea Bass
Preparation
In a large baking dish put the potatoes, the chopped onion, pepper, the peeled tomato and minced garlic, sprinkle over the baking dish with a glass of wine and put a generous amount of olive oil and season to taste.
Put the dish in the oven for approximately 10-15 minutes at 200ºC. Clean the fish, take the head out and chop it. Put the head, and a stick of parsley in a cooking pot filled with water and make a brooth.
Add salt and pepper to the fish place it on top of the vegetables and drizzle over with a little amount of brooth and a good amount of olive oil. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 200ºC. Serve the vegetable at the bottom of the dish and place the sea bass over it , add a stick of parsley to the juices that have released the vegetables and the fish, Toss and pour the sauce.

2- 3 potatoes
1 Pepper
1 Tomato
1 Onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 glass of white wine
Water
Extra virgin Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
