Stuffed tomatoes Preparation

Slice tomatoes in half horizontally and scoop out pulp and seeds place them on a baking tray or oven dish.


Fry the onion peeled and chopped very finely in a frying pan with olive oil. Separately chop the beef, the ham and the pork into cubes and add everything to the frying pan when the onion is brown.


Once the meat is fried put aside some piece of ham. Put the rest into a mincer together with the hard-boiled egg to achieve an even mixture. Then season with salt and pepper and stir everything well.


Spoon the mixture into the tomatoe skins. Then put one of the small chunks of ham previously put aside on top of each tomato.


Place them on a baking sheet pour a dash of oil over the top and cook them in the oven for approximately 15 minutes.

    1 medium-sized onion

    1 hard-boiled egg

    Olive oil
